John Jameson was born and raised in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho but now resides in Boise. John obtained his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Idaho in 2004. After interning for the U.S. Senate, John returned to the University of Idaho to pursue his law degree, which he received in 2007.
After college, John spent a stint in the corporate world as a Tax Compliance Officer for the Washington Corporations in Missoula, Montana. John and his wife moved back to Boise in 2009 to pursue a career in private legal practice. Since 2009, John has specialized in real estate law and business law. He represented clients in a variety of real estate transactions and litigation ranging from purchase and sale agreements to takings litigation. He has assisted in forming business entities from limited liability companies to corporations to nonprofit associations, and represented organizations in a variety of disputes including overtime wage issues, unemployment claims and business contract disputes.
John is the author of such articles as “Access to Highways and Roadways – Important Considerations During Condemnation Proceedings” and “Changes Needed in the Guardianship System.”
