Ron Bjorkman, J.D., is licensed to practice before the state and federal courts of Idaho and the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Bjorkman began practicing law in Emmett, Idaho in 1979 and has been practicing there ever since. Prior to practicing law in Emmett, Mr. Bjorkman was a legal officer in the United States Air Force with the rank of captain.
His practice areas include business law, real property law, family law, estate planning, probate law and municipal law. He currently serves as the city attorney for Emmett and Horseshoe Bend. Mr. Bjorkman graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in accounting and obtained his J.D. from the University of Idaho, where he was an editor of the Idaho Law Review.
Mr. Bjorkman is active in the community and the bar association. He has served as president of the Third District Bar Association and president of the Rotary Club of Emmett, where he is a charter member, and is also a member of the Gem County Chamber of Commerce.
