Mark A. Ellison, J.D., C.P.A., is licensed to practice law in Idaho and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
His practice areas are business oriented with an emphasis in business organizations and governance (corporations, partnerships, LLCs, etc.), business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and compliance, and estate planning. Mr. Ellison works with established businesses as well as young growing businesses to help them navigate through the challenging legal environment facing companies today. Mr. Ellison has a wealth of business experience earned from having practiced as a tax CPA in a national firm, an attorney with one of Idaho’s largest law firms, and as a general counsel for a national real estate investment firm.
Mr. Ellison graduated from BYU with a B.A. in accounting and a Master of Accountancy. He attended J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU, graduating magna cum laude. He has been actively engaged in professional associations in both the legal and accounting professions and provides continuing professional education lectures.
