Isaac David Keppler, J.D., represents clients throughout southern Idaho in variety of legal matters. Primarily, Isaac’s practice focuses on litigation and administrative law, including business and contract disputes, tort claims and defense, criminal law, and water law, both in the SRBA and before the Department of Water Resources. Isaac is a member of the Idaho State Bar water law section, the environment and natural resources section, the litigation section and the family law section.
Isaac joined Capitol Law Group, PLLC, as an associate attorney in 2008. Prior to joining Capitol Law Group, Isaac was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable R. Barry Wood in Idaho’s Fifth Judicial District. Isaac graduated from Boise State University with his Bachelor of Science in Political Science with an emphasis in public law and political philosophy, and he earned his Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law, where he obtained the CALI excellence for the future award in Public Policy.
