David Arkoosh, J.D., is licensed to practice law in Idaho before all state courts and the US District Court for the District of Idaho. He is a proud Boise native, and enjoys helping entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses. Mr. Arkoosh’s practice areas include business, corporate, and employment, with a focus on business formation and start-up. Mr. Arkoosh also has a background in accounting and experience working with early-stage and start-up businesses. Mr. Arkoosh understands the challenges founders face when starting a new business or raising capital. His goal is to empower his clients to meet their objectives both personally and professionally.
Mr. Arkoosh graduated from Gonzaga University with a B.B.A. in accounting, finance and entrepreneurship. He earned his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law. When he’s not in the office, he spends time with his fiancé Jacinda and their terrier Rudy. He enjoys sailing Idaho’s lakes, traveling, and cooking meals of average to above-average flavor and quality.
