David G. Ballard, J.D., is licensed to practice law in Idaho and is admitted to practice before the courts of Idaho, US District Court for the District of Idaho, and US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
His practice emphasizes general civil litigation, debtor and creditor relations, real estate, transportation and business law. Mr. Ballard earned his B.A. from Boise State University, and his J.D. from the University of Idaho College Of Law.
Prior to forming Capitol Law Group, Mr. Ballard was a member of Bosch, Daw & Ballard, Chartered. He has lectured on 1031 Exchanges, presented at real estate practice section seminars, and contributed articles to The Advocate. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar (Bankruptcy Section and Real Property Section), Idaho Trucking Association, Association of Transportation Law Professionals, Transportation and Logistics Council, Transportation Intermediaries Association, Idaho-Oregon Fruit and Vegetable Association, and Idaho Grower Shippers Assocaition.
